Wealth4All Members Are Scared

IF you have been following the unfolding of the W4A story, you know is has changed more than Chicago weather, and Wealth4All Members Are Scared .

This is the link for this update call - http://tinyurl.com/creqcpy

October 17th, 2012 Update Call

Cashout process-  If your E-Wallet Balance is:

See why wealth4All members are scared.

$50 or less –      You can withdraw ALL of that $50 immediately-
$50.01-$200- You can withdraw $20 (10% of $200)
$200.01+        - You can withdraw 10% of this amount

Why must you pay the $1 membership?

IF you want to eventually be paid on the advertising units you MUST pay the $1.  IF you do NOT have AUS, then you don’t have to

AUS- Advertising Units- Cannot be used to buy FOUNDER SHARES

We cannot use the Advertising Units (AUS) to purchase Founder Shares, b/c these AUS are NOW “monopoly money”.  ******Hmm, I clearly remember HOW W4A was supposed to be the most solid, sustainable, perpetual program becuase it was strategically designed by a math teacher AND a former banker, nothing is perfect I guess.

Founder Shares- What is the benefit?

If you want to remain passive you are told to buy Founder Shares.  Victor (on the calls) is encouraging  us to inject FRESH money for these “founder shares”. He further states that these will pay out forever.. HMMM  we were also told the same about the PSU’s BUT  then they had to stop paying on these b/c of “legal reasons”.

PRIMUS is an MLM that requires recruiting

PRIMUS is a completely ACTIVE program that requires RECRUITING.   So while we are expected to trip over ourselves rushing to buy as many FOUNDER SHARES as possible, b/c we want to prosper off the fannies of the recruiters.

** ONLY 15% of the PRIMUS profits will be applied towards these FOUNDER SHARES.

FOUNDER SHARES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE  THROUGOUT NOVEMBER

Are we being treated like primates?Wealth4All Team sucks

By listening to the call it is obvious that we are being “encouraged” to buy these  FOUNDER SHARES, as this will be the only way to pay out on the AUs (for those who DO sign the membership agreement).  These founder shares are needed in order to pay us the AUS.

CERTIFICATES

We will all be given a stock/share type certificate.  We will supposedly be paid from the company NET earnings/profits, 15% of these net earnings will be used to calculate earnings.

HOW much will FOUNDER SHARES be worth?

If PRIMUS grows at the same rate as W4A (which was a huge hit b/c it was PASSIVE) then these FOUNDER shares  ** may** end up being  worth something. On the call Victor mentions  that FOUNDER shares could start with a daily value of $ 2.00 per day, but that once AUs are paid they will go up to $4.60 per day per share, and that within a year they will supposedly end up producing $10-$15 per day per share.  While this sounds fantastic, we must realize

  • A- What is said today can easily change next week (as we have already experienced)
  • B- The PRIMUS businesses require recruiting, unlike the W4A model that was exciting due to being passive
  •  if you look at the math of a 2×20 matrix..  you may decide it’s NOT worth your time.

A few members have been kicked out of the skype rooms for expressing their opinions and fears.  In fact a NEW skype room has been specifically created  as a safe zone where W4A members can express their concern, I have been invited to this room, and it is shocking to see how many are in this particular skype room. Here many have vented their frustrations and fears as they have come to feel that the power trips of the powers that be  resemble the comportments of the Gestapo.Wealth4All Scam and Lies

[4:02:29 PM] Annie: Many people are there (in the W4A skype room) and afraid to speak their minds as they dont want to be kicked out they fear loosing their AUs

 IPAYOUT HACKING UPDATE

Those of you who have been following this blog know that a dear friend whose IPAYOUT account was hacked has NOT yet had his account corrected contrary to what an admin stated.  David Lockwood’s IPAYOUT account was wiped out of $1,29 6.00,  he was told by admin that this account would be corrected by Sept 7th, and to date NOTHING has been done.  Truth is that MULTIPLE  IPAYOUT accounts were hacked, and the  ”security pin” doesn’t impede for monies to be wiped out. David Lockwood is the owner of passive peeps.com and he was ONCE the most active supporter for Wealth4All, but now he has told his 700 members the truth as to the incident and how he has been treated.***

This is NOT a reason for shock, we all know HOW the story has changed with W4A, all of the update calls since closing have varied so much that an admin promising a refund of stolen monies and then not following through is just par for the course.
